Growth Track is designed to help you get connected, grow spiritually, and discover how God can use you. You can start at any step and jump in at any time.

The three steps

Growth Track is made up of three steps that will help you. 1) Belong WITH Jesus and connect to the church. 2) Become LIKE Jesus and discover how God uniquely designed you. 3) Build FOR Jesus by using your gifts to make a difference in the lives of others.


  • 1. Belong

    Connect with Trinity and learn the ins and outs of the church. You’ll discover our beliefs, discipleship culture, leadership, and how we intentionally organize our church. This step also gives you the opportunity to become a Trinity member.


    Step One takes place the first Sunday of every month.

  • 2. Become

    Discover how God shapes us through formation. Learn your personality, identify your spiritual gifts, and understand how God’s design and calling align in your life. This step helps you grow into who God created you to be.


    Step Two takes place the second Sunday of every month.

  • 3. Build

    Learn what it means to live on mission with Jesus. Discover how generosity, invitation, and serving are central to the Christian life, and explore Trinity’s team culture and values. You’ll connect with leaders and opportunities to use your gifts to build God’s church and impact others.


    Step Three takes place the third Sunday of every month.
